Based in South Africa, Aarushi produces bold, original content with global appeal, forging strategic collaborations with exceptional creative partners both locally and internationally.

Amanda’s screen credits include MTV Shuga, Is’thunzi and the Netflix feature Love and Wine. As Aarushi’s founder, she leads the development of its slate, working with writers and creative partners to shape projects for production.
Megan Kruger
Founder & Business Director
Megan leads Aarushi’s business strategy and commercial affairs. With more than 40 years of industry experience, including 12 years running Shine Studios, she brings deep commercial insight to the development, negotiation and structuring of the company’s projects and partnerships.
Ntombi Maduna
Operations Manager
Ntombi oversees Aarushi’s day-to-day operations, bringing nine years of experience in operations management at Shine Studios. She keeps the business running smoothly, supporting the team, its projects and the practical delivery of Aarushi’s creative ambitions.
Jill Singer
Legal Counsel
Jill oversees legal affairs at Aarushi, drawing on a distinguished legal career that includes 20 years as a partner at Mallinicks and Webber Wentzel. She brings extensive commercial and legal experience to the company, advising across its projects, partnerships and agreements.
